How we work with our clients
At Oak & Ivy, we believe that great results begin with strong relationships. We’re here to make your journey smooth, collaborative, and completely tailored to you. From the first enquiry to the final styling touch, we value your trust and aim to make every part of the process feel personal, transparent, and rewarding.
01/ Submit Forms
Complete our New Client Form, and expect to hear from us via your preferred contact method within 3 working days. We will then arrange for a Consultation Call to take place either in person or virtually, at a time that suits you.
02/ Consultation
During the Consultation, we will discuss your requirements in depth and come up with a Project Plan. Home Styling and Package clients will receive links to our Interior Style and Colour Discovery forms, which will give us a greater understanding of your vision.
04/ Aftercare
Upon completion of your services, we will remain available for any questions or queries you may have for the period specified in your personalised agreement.
03/ Services
We will work with you to achieve your interior goals and execute your tailored Project Plan. For longer or larger scale projects, we will periodically review and adapt our plan to make sure it suits your needs and requirements.
